The Ultium Platform

The Chevrolet Equinox EV, Blazer EV, and Silverado EV all feature the Ultium Platform. This platform provides the Chevrolet electric vehicle lineup (minus the Bolt EV and Bolt EUV) with the power it needs by using three motors of different sizes that can be combined as needed. The Ultium Platform also enables these vehicles to use front-wheel, rear-wheel, or all-wheel drive, depending on what sort of driving experience you’re looking for.

Charging Your Vehicle

When you buy a Chevy electric vehicle, you have access to over 100,000 charging stations across the United States and Canada. That includes DC Fast Charging stations which charge EVs faster than other types of charging stations (though it’s worth noting that how quickly your EV charges will depend on things like temperature, vehicle settings, the battery’s condition, and how much charge the battery still has). For eligible customers who purchase a 2022 or 2023 Chevy Bolt EV or EUV, Chevrolet covers the standard installation of a Level 2 charging station. Alternative charger offers may be available for customers who aren’t eligible for standard charger installation.
