We had a horrible experience with Riverton Chevrolet. A complete lack of integrity. We had negotiated a deal and confirmed with the sales manager and sales person to come in to get the vehicle, only for them to sell it to someone else. As if that weren't shady enough, they lied to us about when it sold, so when I drove around back, the vehicle was sitting in the service bay. Shady sales people, dishonest sales manager, and an ethically bankrupt place to purchase a vehicle. Go literally anywhere else.
Friendly, professional, patience are the words coming to mind whenever I visit. I was able to buy a great car within my very tight budget with the great customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. GM does not stand behind their vehicles and helped me very little with the cost of engine problems I had even though they should have been covered by a manufacturer warranty. Then the check engine light comes on 20 miles after I drive it out of their service bay, and now they want even more money to replace a catalytic converter that their shop was definitely responsible for damaging. Went to purchase new vehicle salesman helped us with the vehicle. We wanted to test drive after we test drove we decided to purchase they were kind and friendly helped us out took care of the paperwork and got us out of there.

Crooks! Dishonest! Sold us a complete lemon of a used truck! Only drive it approximately 40 miles and had problems pulled over and called them. They said drive it home if there was still issues they would make it right and get it fixed. We drove the vehicle home which equaled we drove it 140 miles total and haven’t been able to drive it since. They refuse to take it back or pay to have it fixed! Dishonest about their used vehicles. They will say anything to make a buck! Be careful! Salesman told me the vehicle was in way better condition than it actually was, and that they do a multi- point "inspection", so nothing to worry about. Come to find out, they never inspected the truck I bought, and had no record of the so called inspection. I asked them to make it right and barely got the time of day till my partner stepped in. Colby Villanueva was amazing! We traded in 2 trucks and bought 3, and he walked me through each step. We received a fair price for our trades and he even worked with us on the price for all 3 of the trucks we purchased. This could've been a very stressful purchase, but Colby kept it as simple as possible. Definitely was a pleasant experience and when we have to look for any new company trucks again, I'm giving Colby a call first. I highly recommend!

Service is a joke. They took 6 weeks to get my vehicle done and they still didn’t fix it right. KC the manager was also very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money there. They will talk to you very nice but get nothing done for you
This dealership serviced my truck after they were told I was taking my two children to San Diego. They gave me flying colors. The transmission went out in Bakersfield with metal shards mixed in the fluid. They were happy to take my payment but wouldn't talk to me about me concerns and referred me to Chevy Corporate. Shameful. I curse this company with a 100 years of painful poops.

Riley was completely transparent throughout the buying process. He did not oversell the vehicle, and was very helpful and easy to deal with. I bought the car sight unseen from nearly 1500 miles away and they accurately represented the vehicle. Riverton arranged shipping the vehicle in an enclosed trailer at a very reasonable rate. The service department also deserves credit with properly preparing the car for sale by going over it carefully and replacing the brakes with the correct OEM parts. Fantastic experience in purchasing my lightly used Z51 Corvette coupe. Thank you Riverton Chevrolet.

The facility was very clean, provided drinks and a vending machine with snacks. The sales person very professional, great customer service skilled, people person. Patrick has great knowledge about the vehicles his selling.
Very High Priced, especially for emission which is double what other dealerships are around them. Others charge $30-40 while Riverton is charging $80. Oil changes are higher as well. They seem to do ok on service and Carla is good to work with but just seems high on price.
Overall it was a pleasant and easy experience, Cody took care of me from the beginning, the process was smooth and the purchase easy.
Not happy. Not sure if anyone from Riverton Chevrolet even reads these but I purchased a brand new 2020 Silverado RST Z71 with the new 3.0 diesel within two months the check engine light came on so I took it in and was told that there are no service notes on that error code so there was no fix as of that time understandable so they reset the error and I left two months later the same thing. We bought a new truck in 2016. The purchase took a long time, but that's expected. The reason I am giving them a 1 star is the service department after our purchase. We've scheduled appointments for oil changes and it takes them HOURS to finish. We've scheduled other maintenance and they've had to keep it over night without offering a loaner. The finance representative slipped one in on us. You know when you purchase a new vehicle from a dealer they have you go into a small office to sign the contract of sale? But before that they try and sell you an extended warranty that includes everything with exceptions for about $16k, which is crazy. Well the finance guy and house make a big commission on it. I simply cannot buy a truck knowing that it has a serious electric problem when your mechanics can’t diagnose the problem, because it could take time for the problem to manifest itself again. It was down played to possibly a water short from pressure washing the motor. So what every time it rains or I wash it I have to worry about it shorting out again.

A great place to buy your next vehicle. I worked with Colby and and not only was he getting me a great deal but made the process a little fun with his fun personality.
They did great until I asked for the $399 of gas they advertised with any vehicle purchase. They said because I negotiated too good of a deal, they couldn't give me the gas. My only other issue was Colby was quick to return a call before the sale, but would never return my calls after. All I needed was a copy of my paperwork, but every person I spoke to said I needed to do it through my salesperson.
Happy with my new Tahoe. I came in to get something different because my lease was up. Cody was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would purchase from him again.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! I was not planning on purchasing a car that day, but these guys made it easy. My salesperson Nate was super nice, and my sales manager Mike was able to get me a pretty good deal. I had no financing prepared, but Taylor was able to match the rate of my credit union that was closed for the day in like 15 minutes. Carla in the service department handles a fleet account for us, and I really couldn't ask for better service from her. She keeps us in the loop if anything changes from the original quote and has the vehicle ready when she says it will be ready. Worst dealership experience I’ve ever experienced spent 30 minutes with a salesman that didn’t listen to us and even insulted us because of our age. We never even got to look at a new vehicle before we got up and left and went to Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet and bought a new Silverado Trail Boss in one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, no fuss in and out within 2 hours.
