I have a Chevy Traverse that is a year old. My service experience with Riverton Chevy has been a little spotty and really depends on one person - Aaron. When Aaron is involved, I am always treated as a valued customer, things get done and I am happy to return. A few times I have tried to have various things done (most notably I had a flat and a past warranty item - which resulted in new brakes, too) and Aaron wasn't there, I was questioned on the warranty item, had hard sell tactics on the tire(s) and ended up leaving and going elsewhere. I always make sure Aaron is there and then my experience is great! I have remarked in the past the disappointment I have when I go to pick my car up and it isn't washed or vacuumed. Riverton seems to have remedied that and I appreciate it! This little touch means a great deal, especially since my old dealer provided this service and I became accustomed to it. Coming from Montana I was advised, the day before my departure date to Utah, by the GM dealership in Butte that I had two leaks in the transmission line. With no time to repair them they advised me that it would be perfectly safe to drive the car to Utah with this minor problem. When I arrived in Salt Lake I called the Riverton Dealership who scheduled an appointment to repair the problem. I needed my AC fix, because it was going between hot and cold. Nick was the service writer that helped me out with this repair. He was great to deal with and stayed in constant communication with me. After he found out what was wrong he needed to order in the part. We were trying to get out of town for 5 days and need the truck. Car was not starting. Would get it jumped and would start right up. Had the battery checked and was told everything was fine. Within hours it would die again.
